The perfect oil to add to any ceramic or electric oil diffuser. Our 3in1 sleep aroma oil is a magic bottle of essential oils to help promote sleep, reduce stress & help ease anxiety. Made up of a blend of five 100% natural essential oils, each oil helps with different properties.

Lavender – Promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety and depression and can help with menstrual cramps.
Geranium – Helps experience a calm and deep sleep. Known to balance hormones, relieve stress and depression.
Bergamot – Has calming benefits, which can reduce stress and anxiety, slows the heart rate, lowering blood pressure.

I have now purchased quite a few items from Lux Nova over the last year or so. I can highly recommend the sleep spray, body scrub and wax melts. The sleep spray is so relaxing and really does help you drop off and stay asleep. The wax melts last such a long time and when I have them upstairs I can smell them downstairs.

Recently, I've been using the body scrub which smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling so much softer than my regular body wash. I've just bought the body butter, so looking forward to giving that a try out.

Amanda really does look after you, her product range is fairly extensive and she only uses the best quality products in my opinion. The packaging looks and feels expensive but the cost isn't.

I will keep coming back for more as never want to be without my favourites. There are always new smells to try and seasonal treat too. I'm a big fan!!
