Covid-19 Update

Although we are working throughout Covid-19 as normal, it is affecting our delivery service with Royal Mail. Royal Mail parcels could take longer than expected in Covid-19 effected areas. However so far our parcels have been arriving as normal, but we ask you give extra time in these uncertain times.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail 48. There may be times where dispatch is longer in busy periods.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

All orders are sent an email notification upon dispatch. This will go to the email address supplied at the time of purchase.

My order has arrived damaged?

If your order has arrived damaged please email us at contact@lux-nova.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In these instances we will send a replacement for your damaged items at no extra cost.

I have changed my mind and would like to return/cancel my order?

No problem. You are able to return your order up to 14 days after your initial purchase. If you have not yet received a dispatch email, just let us know your order number either via our contact page or email us at contact@lux-nova.co.uk and we will cancel your order for you and issue a full refund.

If you have received a order completed email or have already received your parcel, you will have to return your parcel at your own expense to Lux Nova, please email for return address. All items being returned must be in an unused, resalable condition in order to receive any refund, please include your Name, Address with your package so we can match up your order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note, any orders placed via PayPal incur costs to Us that are not redeemed after a refund. Your refund will be processed less these fees if your refund is due to changing your mind.
